Report on Boys’ and Girls’ Cultural and Leisure Activities

The two pie charts illustrate the results of a survey on cultural and leisure activities among boys and girls. Each chart highlights the different preferences between the genders.

In the boys' chart, basketball is the most popular activity, accounting for 26% of their participation. This is closely followed by listening to music at 34%, which is the most significant percentage for boys. Soccer comes third, taking up 17%, while computer games are also highly favored, comprising 16% of their activities. Other activities include skateboarding at 11%, and the least chosen activity is reading, at just 2%.

In contrast, the girls' chart shows a preference for dancing, which is the most popular activity at 27%. Gymnastics is the second most favored, making up 22%. Similar to boys, listening to music is also a popular choice among girls, with 10% participation. Reading accounts for 21%, a much higher percentage compared to boys. Lastly, computer games (16%) and netball (10%) are also represented in their leisure activities.
